i wake myself by not sleeping for a while by doing and keeping doing by not eating much not drowning myself in distractions sleep not as much eat not as much consume less media just do which puts me in the moment and if i don't doubt or gripe puts me in a flow now add to that awareness and great things might evolve don't talk too much just do the things and think the dings that doing needs while in the presence of people be aware of them too -- reminders might be required if time and schedules are important :)
